What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Enterprise?
Free lets you build and share real catalogs by hand — layouts, Brand Kit, custom domain, export included (3 catalogs, 500 items). Pro ($9/month) unlocks AI for one person: photo → fields, auto-tagging, and enhancements. Enterprise adds your team, white-label, API, and AI Theme Studio — priced per user.
How does Enterprise per-user pricing work?
A user is one person with their own login. Enterprise is a flat $15/month per user ($150/year). A 5-person team is 5 × $15 = $75/month. Annual billing gives 2 months free on every user.
What counts as an AI scan or a photo enhancement?
Each time the AI reads a product photo to fill in fields, that's one scan. A photo enhancement is an AI clean-up or hero-shot. Pro includes 300 scans and 50 enhancements a month; Enterprise pools 300 scans (and 100 enhancements) per user across the workspace. Free has no AI — that's the Pro upgrade.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — pick either at checkout, and you can change it anytime from Billing. Annual is two months free versus paying monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then drops to Free. Your catalogs and items stay — features above Free's limits just lock until you return.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Showdeck has no checkout and no transaction fees — 0% on every plan. What you sell is yours.
What currency are prices in?
All Showdeck plans are billed in USD.
