1. What we collect
We collect your email address, display name, and the product content (images, descriptions, pricing) you upload to the platform. We also collect standard usage logs (page views, errors) to keep the service running.
2. How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the Showdeck service — storing your catalog, generating AI-assisted descriptions, and delivering your public storefront to visitors. We do not sell your data.
3. AI processing
When you upload a product photo and request AI extraction, the image is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Images are not stored by Anthropic beyond the scope of a single request.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
5. Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. Firebase, Anthropic for AI, Resend for email). We do not sell data.
6. Cookies & sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
7. Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@showdeck.dev. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
