2. Use of the service
Showdeck is provided for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content. You are responsible for all content published under your account.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Intellectual property
All content you upload remains yours. By uploading, you grant Showdeck a limited licence to display and deliver that content as part of the service. Showdeck's own branding, code, and design remain the property of NOVECH.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Showdeck available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of liability
Showdeck is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
