Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Showdeck, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Showdeck is operated by NOVECH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: info@novech.io.

Showdeck helps you turn product photos into catalogs, decks, and public storefronts, with optional AI tools to fill fields and clean or stylize photos. Features depend on your plan (Free, Pro, Business, or Enterprise). We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when we can.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location (and at least 16 if you are in the EU/UK). Do not share accounts in a way that breaks plan limits or security.

You keep ownership of photos, product data, and other content you upload. You grant NOVECH LLC a limited license to host, process, display, and deliver that content so we can run Showdeck (including public storefronts you choose to publish, and AI features you choose to run). You must have the rights to upload and publish what you put on Showdeck.

Use Showdeck only for lawful business purposes. You may not: publish illegal, harmful, infringing, or deliberately misleading content; upload malware; attempt to break or overload the service; scrape or harvest other customers’ private data; or use Showdeck to spam. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service when we reasonably believe these rules are broken. Visitors can report public content via the in-app report tools; we review reports in good faith.

Optional AI tools may send your images or text to our processors (for example Anthropic for field extraction, PhotoRoom for photo cleanup and stylized stills) so those features can run. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — you are responsible for checking it before you publish or share. AI results are provided for your use in Showdeck; we do not claim ownership of your product content.

Paid plans and credit packs are sold through Paddle. Pricing is on showdeck.dev/pricing. Cancellation and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for purchases made through Paddle.

Showdeck’s branding, software, design, and documentation belong to NOVECH LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.

We aim to keep Showdeck reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support: info@novech.io. We aim to respond to support and complaint emails within 5 business days.

Showdeck is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, NOVECH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to Showdeck is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or US $100 if you are on Free). Some places do not allow these limits; where they do not, they apply only to the extent permitted.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material billing or refund changes will also be reflected on the Refunds page; we notify Paddle when those policies change, as required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws in your country give you mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
